My Dell manages it just fine, though I had to take some bits off first.
Macs are notorious for shocking people. My girlfriend used to be a Macfag before I made her use a real OS, and her last laptop shocked her all the time as well.

1. If you live in a real civilization and you have socialized medicine, go to the doctor and get help.

I'll bet you just saw the adverts and thought "That mac guy looks so cool he has a tshirt on and I want to be like him, not like that nerdy pc guy in the suit, and it says I can make a slide show! Wow I've got to get me a mac!"

Next time don't touch your laptop with your finger but use thing slices of fish, chicken or other meat.
