hi, i have downloaded the game (i think...) and it seems to me that it wont let me play because of a error i can't fix. the reason why i cant fix this is the language its in is unknown to me.

go to control panel > region and language option and switch the language to japanese. then try again.
sorry found the problem, thanks for the help though. the problem was that yes i didn't change the sittings and i just had the update not the acual game. does anyone know were i can get the acual game. its called [AIC SPIRIT] Fancia. its a cat-girl raise up pc video game. its kinda old but its really great. it is full of win. if you can find the download link i would be very happy, maybe i will even show off my flash i made as as bonus to 4chan for the help they gave me hear today.

Nice editing you did on your pic. But you forgot to black out the Task bar icon for your IM. The name Neth959 is clearly visible.
