Fancia WTF!? i can read that!

hi, i have downloaded the game (i think...) and it seems to me that it wont let me play because of a error i can't fix. the reason why i cant fix this is the language its in is unknown to me.

any ideas because if you do that would be cool.

go to control panel > region and language option and switch the language to japanese. then try again.
