NO IN THE EAR HEADPHONE PLEASE

Im looking for the best pair of small headphones for under $400. I don't want any big cup head phones as I want to be able to put them in my pocket. I also hate in the ear head phones as they just bother my ears. The QC3s are a good example of the size head phones I'm looking for. I thought the QC3s were wonderful sound quality wise, but reviews of them make them seem like they really arent anything special.

i can hear sounds between about 16Hz and about 22kHz, and i know people who have an even broader range of hearing than that. i think whoever came up with those numbers needs to go back and do some real tests instead of just pulling arbitrary numbers out of the air.
