Best SMALL headphones for under $400

NO IN THE EAR HEADPHONE PLEASE

Im looking for the best pair of small headphones for under $400. I don't want any big cup head phones as I want to be able to put them in my pocket. I also hate in the ear head phones as they just bother my ears. The QC3s are a good example of the size head phones I'm looking for. I thought the QC3s were wonderful sound quality wise, but reviews of them make them seem like they really arent anything special.

the human hear is capable of hearing in a range of wave sounds
and it cant hear vibration < 20 times per second or > 20,000 per second ,so any shit you buy, you will hear the same because unless you buy yourself a cyborg hears you cant hear any shit pass that range, so any expensive mobo its useless whit human hearing capabilities
