I've lost 4 whole pounds in 4 whole days! That is the most healthiest I've been all year! My exercise habits, or lack thereof, haven't changed but I've been neglecting to take that extra slice of cake at birthday parties if you get what I mean. ;)
I hope I can keep this up, as soon as the snow melts I'll be able to exercise my muscles 'cause it's just too god damn fucking cold out now, even for a regular Santa Claus!

Now that I'm a bit skinnier since when I started this journey I can make fun of other fat people. Today I was reading the paper and an obese male died of a heart attack a few days ago.
I laughed until I puked which is good for me, since it expels the contents of my stomach, therefore I will not gain weight from the calories I ate (Hey that rhymed!)
