Current Weight: 216 Lbs!!

I've lost 4 whole pounds in 4 whole days! That is the most healthiest I've been all year! My exercise habits, or lack thereof, haven't changed but I've been neglecting to take that extra slice of cake at birthday parties if you get what I mean. ;)

I hope I can keep this up, as soon as the snow melts I'll be able to exercise my muscles 'cause it's just too god damn fucking cold out now, even for a regular Santa Claus!
