just because the climate changes does not mean that we caused it or that it's unnatural or that it's gonna stay that way unless we do something about it.

I'm praying for climate change. I can't afford to move and the weather where I live is terrible. I'm hoping for a drier, warmer one if it's not too much trouble.

How about this? Climate change happens and your dead so you don't have to worry about the weather at all!
Climate change is just a new religion that atheists cling to, to fill in that void of being irreligious, to redistribute wealth through carbon taxes, unlike a Christian church that kindly asks for a small donation in the collection plate, and to basically give them some kind of purpose in life.
Ironic, they've become the very thing they railed against.

Kevin Costner already solved the "planet engulfed in water" problem.
On the other hand, the "too hot" part always had me puzzled: if the gases causing the atmosphere to provide the planet with less solar protection was also acting as a heat resistor, why wouldn't those gases also affect the sunlight reaching the planet in the first place?

I'm sorry, are you referring to some bad plot point or another in the movie, or are you mixing up the ozone hole and the greenhouse effect, with little understanding of either?
You can hate earth, but remember, if you destroy it, you will lose your planet, and I doubt you will be able to survive it(no food, no water, no air, ...).

Gee, I never looked at it that way...Are you saying if the earth is destroyed,... then there will be no more earth? Do you have proof to back up that claim?

He's a troll, there's no way the Earth can possibly be destroyed without something really major. Refer to http://qntm.org/destroy
Global warming is just another Jew scam to collect even more money from the stupid, gullible goyim.

I offer proof of climate stability. The instability of any climate is stability.

So you disagree that if sea level rises occur people won't drown?

Not if they can swim. Or, you know, build things that can float.

Even if that happens, it won't destroy the Earth. Read the page.

I think you are taking the phrase "destroy the Earth" to literally. If you think people think that it will make the planet blow up or something, then that's retarded.
>>24 * too then that's retarded.
As is the whole notion of man-made global warming.

I was going to make a post about how only internet trolls are climate change sceptics, but then i thought "why bother".
You're never going to change your mind and the actual debate occurs in peer reviewed journals and international committees.
But as long as i'm already typing; the point isn't that we're blowing up the earth. The point is that it's going to be harder to grow food, harder to find fresh water and if sea levels rise, many many people will need to relocate and all this puts a big strain on a world that is already running out of resources.
Climate models certainly aren't prophecies but the opposition doesn't seem to do any modelling of their own. Instead, they're content with criticising the work of scientists doing the best they can while saying "It's not mankinds fault, so why should we care?".
If we don't give Al Gore and his friends 9 trillion dollars we'll all be dead by the 22nd of next month.

That's funny, big agribusinesses have been sucking up all the food resources for decades, but I guess we'll never about the damage they do to the poor, poor planet in one of your seminars, will we, Mr. Gore?

You aren't very convincing with your hyperbole. I conclude that you are not Al Gore. You really slipped up in the second sentence, when "you" refer to yourself in the third person.
