All you need is a decent star (Fucking trillions), a planet of decent size with active core (to produce protective magnetic field) in the Habitable zone and with some water from asteroids and you apply all normal laws of physics and you get life.

and your point is? besides, you said nothing about this life being intelligent. for all we know that could be exponentially more unique than life itself.
