The End of Everything - 10100 years and beyond
When the last black hole evaporates, all that will remain in the Universe are photons of radiation, and elementary particles that escaped capture by black holes. The temperature of the entire Universe will reach a final temperature just above absolute zero

10100 years is just not enough time to get everything done.  I'd better hurry up!

In other words:

10 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 years.

OR

10000 trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion years.

We need to transfer our consciousness to the new universe of elementary particles. Or maybe god will reboot.

Also fruity college libfaggot argument is fail.

"The vast majority of every species that has ever lived on Earth is now extinct. To think that humans can avoid the fate of every other creature is arrogant."

Because every amazonian frog and sea algae had a modern civilisation that just couldn't cut it? AMIRITE!

I would have to agree with >>6, it would be arrogant to think that we can AVOID the same fate, but perhaps because we are aware of our vulnerability that gives us a better shot at preparation towards a greater movement. I would say our chances of survival would be 2% as opposed to other creatures 1%. It will only be through self-awareness that we could ever have a chance of hope for potential to succeed where our animal brethren have failed with their lives. The only thing is, I see that the elements that our bodies depend upon are beginning to dwindle and soon so shall we along with all our vast knowledge. Air is being altered into carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide. Did you know that carbon monoxide is more deadly than carbon dioxide? Carbon Monoxide will actually cling to blood cells more tightly than oxygen and actually deprive the brain and body of much needed oxygen. This will decrease all upper-level brain activity, anything to do with neurons will be inhibited. Basically, we will all see each other becoming more and more like our animal brethren until we are no more. This is the debt that must be paid, but who is to pay such a pricy debt? That is a question that can only be answered by the person in the mirror.

I'm fairly certain that oxygen-shortage isn't very high up the list of disasters humanity faces.

Thank you for proving my point to a T, fellow anonymite. Why do you think that is the case? Possibly because of overwhelming illusions consistently bombarding our 5 senses with garbage that we have to consistently sift through just to breath. And we wonder, why is that? hmmm.

I think that is the case because by the time we are actually in danger of not having enough oxygen in the atmosphere to respire, we will almost certainly have developed some sort of mass conversion system from CO2 to O2.

You're not wrong about that! That's actually already the case. We already have Carbon Dioxide filters to clean out oxygen, they use them on space flights with people, submarines, and jets. My uncle was in the military, told me all about it. Tee-hee. The problem still exists, that people have the choice NOT to utilize what is available, even though they are attatched to their ears, eyes, mouth, nose, skin and brains; why is that? Choice is the problem, or at least to us that observe these poor saps living daily, I'm of course referring to myself in this example as well, I'm not saint.
