String theory is interesting and promising, probably can't ever prove it's true (or any theory dealing with what's OUTSIDE our universe)

Ehh...Loop Quantum Gravity sets up a much better framework than does String Theory, insofar as their work on lattice structures and spin-networks at the sub-subatomic scale.

He mixes bosons and fermions. It's not supersymmetry but it's not exactly plausible either.

Well this theory actually makes testable predictions, so thats a big deal right there. And no free parameters, the numbers are actually a consequence of the math instead of plugged in.

That said, the exact way he's doing it probably isn't right, because of the different way to use the math. But its good enough that we should finally be able to kill off fucking string theory. God that shit is awful.
