No. Those who generate spermatozoa don't have ova and a womb. Hermaphrodites are also rather underdeveloped in such areas, so they, too, cannot impregnate themselves.

I don't understand. What is the basis for your complaint?

When a cell dies it's membrane breaks and the fluid inside the cell escapes into the blood or the fluid used to store the cell. The plethora of proteins and chemicals released are processed by the liver, kidneys, muscles or absorbed by other cells via the blood. Cell membranes quickly break down when they are not supported by a living cell.

That was fairly amusing, but the larger point is that your entire body is a womb and grave for cells. About every 7 years, enough of your cells have died and been replaced by cytogenesis that you could be considered essentially a new person, chemically. Literally, new (at least, new-to-your-body) atoms and molecules had replaced the ones you had before in your cells. Of course, what doesn't change is your structure. You may get a new liver in 7 years, but you'll still have the same long-term problem structures like pre-cancers and such. Cancer cells replace themselves in the same way normal cells do; they're just more militant about it.

The nervous and skeletal system after they have fully grown generally remain unchanged throughout your life. The only changes being the continual transfer of nutrients and water.

Sperm are not stored in the testicles, they are only created there. They are stored in the prostate.
