Little sperms? where do they go?

sperm inside mens testicles i guess swim around inside the testicles. What happens to sperm that becomes too old? like after a while if it does not get ejeculated out does the body get rid of it? or does it live long term??

No.  Those who generate spermatozoa don't have ova and a womb.  Hermaphrodites are also rather underdeveloped in such areas, so they, too, cannot impregnate themselves.
