Better education leads to better scores on SAT.
Educated parents have fewer and better educated kids.
Richer people have better education.
Blacks are poorer.
Whites have better education.
The difference in education used to be much greater.
Blacks weren't allowed to study, make a career etc.

Really, given Blacks' sucky starting point, it's surprising the difference isn't more pronounced. Perhaps it's Blacks who are smarter than Whites?

This much smaller(?) difference can be explained considering the situation for a Black growing up. Who's (s)he going to identify with? What role figures will there be for him? Hip hop, gangsta?

Will he get shit for beating his fellow (white) students? Being black, society expects less from him, and rather treats him as a (potential) criminal. Is it really surprising that blacks, who we for some reason don't expect to perform as well academically, really do perform worse?

Actually the argument has been made that the "blacks" are not as developed as whites or asians. Natural selection has played a role in the evolution of all species for different reasons depending on the ecological niche. The Asians are considerded the "smartest" and by that they usally refer to IQ points. Although from an evolutionary standpoint smartest means which species has the most dense brain or how dence the brain cells/ neurons are. the argument has been made that blacks are not as evolved and have the least dense brain capacity inhibiting them from learning as much as a race with a more dense brain mass. Although im sure there are other contributing factors. I think your all racist

blacks: lots of huts made from palmtrees.
arabs: extinct due to excessive internal wafare.

Along with chronic amnesia of past events, like slavery, exploitation of the other island's resources, invasions, genocides, and that at some point they did not have a developed or industrialized civilization.

I question the genetic component to all of the differences.  The brain molds itself to experiences, so if you grow up in a world of books you'll learn to think, or in a forset you'll learn to hunt and gather.  genetics might give you a 1-2% head start, but as far as success, I don't think that's enough to really make a difference.  Most jobs even in the industrial world are pretty much idiot proof.  You don't need to re-invent the wheel.

Culture on the other hand -- gods yes.  If you think crime is good and school is bad, you won't go anywhere.
