There is no proof for infinite matter, it's simply a guess based on the evidence we see. There is no evidence so we will presume there is not infinite matter.

what is the evidence for "infinite" matter?

If a `religion' is defined to be a system of ideas that contains unprovable statements, then Godel taught us that mathematics is not only a religion, it is the only religion that can prove itself to be one. -- John D. Barrow, Between Inner Space and Outer Space, Oxford University Press, 1999, p 88.

Suppose we loosely define a religion as any discipline whose foundations rest on an element of faith, irrespective of any element of reason which may be present. [Atheism], for example, would be a religion under this definition. But mathematics would hold the unique position of being the only branch of theology possessing a rigorous demonstration of the fact that it should be so classified. -- H. Eves, Mathematical Circles, Boston: Prindle, Weber and Schmidt, 1969.

Can you prove, that matter is infinite?
The standard model, the major contenders for the Grand Unified Theory of Everything, nor fringe theories that are taken seriously claim that there is an infinite amount of matter. In fact, there is pretty conclusive evidence that matter is finite. No one ever said that it was infinite, only that numbers are, which are a priori and are not dependent on the natural universe to ``exist''.

What is the point in his OS?
He write it for fun, or maybe to please God. Who knows what his motivations are.

Can't you do a molecular simulation?
Yes, you could. It has to be horribly simplified to the point that it probably won't accurately reproduce reality though. Suppose you want to simulate the interactions of particles in a 512*512*512 area. That's 134217728 units3. Huge amount of memory for such a small space. Now lets fancy what it would mean to be realistic: Wolfram|Alpha claims that a human cell is 2.25*10-15m3, while a hydrogen atom is 6.545*10-32m3, so you can fit 3.438*1016 hydrogen atoms (the smallest particle you need to simulate for a mostly-realistic model) into a cell.

Then you have to have them all interact in all three dimensions at the same time. You sure as shit aren't going to be doing that in real-time. It would take a supercomputer months to work through a few milliseconds, especially when you figure in how much fucking swap space you need to get the memory to realistically simulate a single cell. Now try doing a few hundred of them.

Can you take me as a student?
No. Not now, not later, not ever. You're a cannibal who eats little girls when you don't get what you want. You've already declared your intent of building biological and chemical weapons for terroristic reasons. Why would anyone want to associate with you? I'm not going to end up in a secret prison being waterboarded because of you.

What should I do to become one?
You're best hope is probably to start with Khan Academy (I've never used it, but I'm fairly certain that much of it is aimed at school-age children), then maybe Coursera (though I never really used it either and it looks kinda dumb). What you need most is to learn some fucking humility though.

Why college refuse to admit persons without school degree?
To keep out the riff-raft like you. They'd probably keep out anti-social looking people like the rest of us if they could, but the laws usually say they can't.

Yet the scientific foundation could be cleansed of its religious parts, that the calculus. I'm sure you can sum an integral without mathematics. Just take sufficiently small quantities.
Maybe you should change your life goal to redefining math. I'm serious, it doesn't require going to college and making connections with professors who recommend you for research positions, and you can do it all from home. The math department is cheap and used to autistic faggots who can't maintain a conversation, because they don't need to bring in grants. You have a much better shot of getting a position through math skills than you do at anything else.

Then what should I do, if I want to work in molecular biology?
Your mother really fucked you up. Like, really, really bad. It sucks, but those were the cards that you were dealt. I'm sorry. I have no advice for you here and see no way that you could, at thirty, accomplish that. You aren't a teenager, where people are forgiving about stuff like that, and even want to bet on your success because it makes them feel good about themselves. We are all (hopefully) adults here, and we don't get treated that way. You're thirty. No one is going to give you a chance. They hate you. They hate me. We're just pawns to be exploited now. This is adult life. The stuff about ``follow your dreams'' is meant for children, not to actually encourage them to believe it, but to shield them from the realities of the world. You can continue your NEET life with hope but live in an ultimately doomed world, or you can give up and live in reality. Your reality: the time for you to become a molecular biologist and actually have a job has come and gone, if it was even ever there in the first place.

Don't they have those high schools aimed for adults in Russia? I'm sure you could get into a university if you really tried Nikita.

Don't they have something like a GED in Russia? In the US, even if you dropped out in middle school, you can get a GED at thirty, go to community college for a couple of years, then transfer to university.

Russian adult school (evening school) teaches only the last two years, requiring previous school education and school diploma to attend. I have no diploma, so I'm not allowed. The only way for me to get into adult school is to get fake diploma, which costs like $1000 and they still can easily check if it is fake, in which I'll go to jail (yep! in russia they give you jail sentence for faking school diploma: http://www.gudok.ru/zdr/174/?ID=913374&archive=30669)

>>85
You can't drop out of middle school in Russia. Only if your parents transfer you to homeschooling and you waste time there, like I was. And Russian education is very corrupt, so teachers allow student to pass all exams, even if student know nothing (just auto-set passing grades).

Well, we are getting close to that. At least protein folding is no possible on home computers, so you can do a lot of exploration, without any lab equipment or dangerous substance. You can probably derive most of chemistry, directly from basic nuclear laws - i.e. determinate all properties of substance from its number of protons.

We just need a SICP-level tutorial to get people started.

People, like Norman Wildberger, already working on more sensible science foundations. In fact, a lot of less known mathematician opposed Set Theory, since its inception.

Your mother really fucked you up.
That is because my mom is no scientist and her own education was limited to communist writing and history of CPSU, while her diploma work was something like "Tibetan Paintings". So she, as humanities person, thinks that education is redundant and a person knowing history of CPSU isnt much better than person ignorant of it.

Then why the theory itself rests on infinite foundation?
I'm not discussing this again.

Well, someone then could read biology tutorials for fun. And he can even do some controlled experiments, catching a few cats and feeding them various substance, including placebo. Just imagine Terry Davis doing chemistry!
Two hundred years too late for that to be interesting. No one is going to pay you to torture cats, and you're not going to be learning anything doing that you couldn't have read from a book. The closest thing to that is putting make-up on monkeys to see if it turns their skin blue, and even that is slowly being outlawed.

Well, we are getting close to that.
No, no we aren't. Even advanced fluid dynamics and chemical reaction simulations require leasing supercomputer time. Simulation of quantum phenomenon results in an exponential slowdown on classical computers. We're still waiting on room-temperature superconductors before that is feasible for the home user.

You can probably derive most of chemistry, directly from basic nuclear laws - i.e. determinate all properties of substance from its number of protons.
Why? We've already done that. It's called the periodic table of elements. It's been around for decades. You don't need computers for that.

We just need a SICP-level tutorial to get people started.
All the low hanging fruit is already taken. You're not going to be paid to be a hobbyist with a cursory understanding of chemistry. This isn't the tech world where you can learn Ruby in a weekend and land a code-monkey job. People who actually know their shit are a dime a dozen. A SICP-level introduction to chemistry means absolutely nothing. Just because you know the chemical formula of meth doesn't mean that you can start cooking perfect meth.

Also, SICP, while a very good undergraduate textbook on computer science (better than pretty much every book like it that I've ever seen, and far superior to what passes as CS education in most classes), it barely treads the surface of computer science itself. Granted, you'll never need much more unless you want to write circlejerking shit in Haskell, but it is still only an introductory text that omits most of the math and logic behind it (which is boring stuff that I don't really understand anyway).

That is because society injured me. How can I take my revenge?
You can't. No matter what you do, no one will care. In fact, they never cared in the first place, and they don't even acknowledged your anger. Nothing you do will ever make them care about you. Even if you lash out, they will destroy you. When a sandnigger blows himself up in a desert, no one gives too shits about why he did it. All we see is a stupid sandnigger who blew himself up like stupid sandniggers do.

Dismiss this idea immediately.

In fact, a lot of less known mathematician opposed Set Theory, since its inception.
No one takes them seriously. They're main objections (much like yours) are always crap like "but that can't be!" without being able to provide any evidence as to why that can't be. Though, theirs are still better than yours, because yours relies on a global Jew conspiracy that somehow has an interest in forcing infinity.

I will not argue about infinity any further, by the way. We both know that argument is going to be a perpetual stalemate between us and is a waste of both of ours time.

That is because my mom is no scientist and her own education was limited to communist writing and history of CPSU, while her diploma work was something like "Tibetan Paintings". So she, as humanities person, thinks that education is redundant and a person knowing history of CPSU isnt much better than person ignorant of it.
Yeah, that's pretty useless. What does she do for work?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Set_theory
Mathematical topics typically emerge and evolve through interactions among many researchers. Set theory, however, was founded by a single paper in 1874 by Georg Cantor.

Georg Cantor was born in 1845 in St. Petersburg, Russia, where his father was a merchant. The father, Georg Waldemar Cantor, had Jewish parents. -- Loren Graham, Naming Infinity, p. 25

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Cantor#Cantor.27s_ancestry
Cantor was frequently described as Jewish in his lifetime. In 1874, Cantor married Vally Guttmann. As a Jewish (Ashkenazic) surname, Guttmann comes from the male given name Gutman.
http://www.ancestry.com.au/facts/Kantor-family-history-sct.ashx
Cantor is jewish (Ashkenazic) occupational name for a cantor, an official of a synagogue whose duty is to sing liturgical music and leads prayers

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Fraenkel
Fraenkel was a fervent Zionist and as such was a member of Jewish National Council and the Jewish Assembly of Representatives He is known for his contributions to axiomatic set theory, especially his addition to Ernst Zermelo's axioms which resulted in Zermelo–Fraenkel axioms.

http://mathforum.org/kb/message.jspa?messageID=69757&tstart=0
In 1935 Zermelo resigned from this position. There is no doubt that it
was caused by the firing and mistreatment of Jewish mathematicians, e.g.
that of the algebraist and statistician Alfred Loewy who was removed from
his chair at Freiburg.

Periodic table doesn't state the properties of matter - i.e. periodic table  wont say why mercury is liquid at room temperature or what relations it has with other elements.
