If I may interject, the incorrect point that a lot of people seem to make is that an appropriate societal response to child abuse committed for the purpose of making recordings for sick fucks is to ban all such recordings altogether. As drug bans have shown us in the past 60 years, such an approach is ineffective and actually
drives up the (black) market value of the banished item, thus making it more profitable to produce. If a government's goal were to make it unprofitable for child abusers to produce and sell recordings, they could simply make available all the existing banished recordings for free.
Free market dynamics and morality really don't mix very well.
