Sup /prog/. I have readed Head first. Java. But, there's a problem. I don't like making a GUIs. That just don't gibe me fun. So wat to do? Buy Thinking in Java and continue writing console programs in Java, or learn C? Halp!

You'll be much more productive, look for GetOpt::Std.

Also, use the recommendations for Modern Perl to avoid writing garbage, and always start your program with use 5.10.0; to use the real Modern Perl.
