Racket is only one which has JIT and it's core is cleaner than Haskell or CL.
Beside that, aint you Jewish be chance? I visit this board mostly to attack the Jews from 0chan.ru/c/, who should just die or move to Israel, where Arabs will wipe them out.
this already makes it an ideologically wrong language. I love "common" in Common Lisp, which underlines that language is for everyone, not just for the kikes.

I love SICP and used to breathe mzscheme, but there are far more capable web development frameworks that what Racket currently has to offer.
Haskell is even worse: you'll end up with a completely unmaintainable eldritch contraption where every little feature change requires a complete overhaul of the way data flows through the system.
What are you currently using and why don't you like it?

I hate web development. What would give me less pain I expect constructive criticism.
Your requirements are so vague, that there is no right answer other than use Haskell. What do you hate about web development? What do you find painful about the three languages?

It doesn't have to exist today, but could express a styling system that allows you to style web pages without requiring to explicitly describe the style of individual elements, as if the styling properties of the main element "cascaded down" into the children elements by default.
