Law#1 only licensed programmers are allowed to use C, C++ and asm to do commercial work. A comprehensive exam will qualify people for this license. Unlimited use of C, C++ and asm for personal projects.
Law#2 all commercial programmers must know Java and will be given an exam to qualify for being a commercial programmer
Law#3 PHP and VB are outlawed, their use is punishable by death
Law#4 Java is only allowed for use in Enterprise and mobile programming.
Law#5 C# will be made available under GPL license and only be allowed for enterprise programming.
