APL

How do I learn it?

Specifically: is there a good book I can get online, and a Linux implementation that won't make me blow my brains out?

I'm afraid I can't help you, I'm far too much of a fag.  If anyone on here isn't a huge fag, maybe they can help you.  If no one helps you, I would presume, if I were you, that everyone who didn't help you but could have was too busy thinking of potential cocks they would like to suck.

If APL isn't making your brains blow out, then you are doing something wrong.

I take it you've never seen any APL code

You might want to get J. It's non-dead ASCII APL; instead of having a lot of weird symbols you can modify symbols by placing . or : behind them.

It's still unreadable as shit and incredibly terse. 2|!/~i.32 is a Sierpinski triangle.

No one would want to learn this language, for it is not Free.

Oh no, definitely not. Its DE is horrific and I'd rather weird symbols than an explosion in an ASCII factory.

It's funny. APLers don't seem to have the faintest notion that there exists no obvious path to learning their language.

Xarn has a PDF of A Programming Language somewhere on his websight, but given >>2, I don't think you deserve it.
