Currently tripcoding at ~970M tripcodes per second. Quad-Crossfire 5970 cards.

Anyone have any requests on who they want cracked / any unique 10 character tripcodes?

These threads are always really good at demonstrating how worthless people who can't figure out how to use crypt themselves are.

The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer.  The same situation is put thusly with worth.  I create several low-quality threads threads that attract people and doing so keeps these worthless people worthless, while I balk in my knowledge and wealth.

Almost certainly not. I've never heard of a tripcode being successfully cracked unless it was just a dictionary word.
It's not strictly impossible, but it would require the kind of luck that renders the speed differences between a Japanese bit-slicing cracker and Xarn glibc/Haskell cracker moot.

Name: Anonymous 2010-06-05 5:13

i cracked !WAHa.06x36 in about half an hour several years ago, and it's not a dictionary word (two lowercase letters, one uppercase letter, and one digit).

Name: Anonymous 2010-06-05 8:07

>>49
There are a total of ~64 symbols per character and 4 characters, or 16M 4-char tripcodes. Traversing that space takes around a second on modern hardware.

Name: Anonymous 2010-06-05 8:17

>>50
so why haven't you cracked >>32 yet?

We don't know the size of the input. As far as we're concerned, this is NP-hard.

Name: Anonymous 2010-06-05 9:35

>>52
8 characters or fewer. Now you have one problem.

Name: Anonymous 2010-06-05 14:30

>>52-53
for that tripcode, 8 characters exactly.
one lowercase letter, three uppercase letters, one digit, and two non-alphanumeric characters.
