Almost certainly not. I've never heard of a tripcode being successfully cracked unless it was just a dictionary word.
It's not strictly impossible, but it would require the kind of luck that renders the speed differences between a Japanese bit-slicing cracker and Xarn glibc/Haskell cracker moot.

There are a total of ~64 symbols per character and 4 characters, or 16M 4-char tripcodes. Traversing that space takes around a second on modern hardware.
