Keep your shitty imageboard feuds off world4ch.

Name: Anonymous 2010-04-02 19:31

If anyone gave a shit about AnT, we would write our own spammer.

Someone already did, and it even post while shitlisted. I'm just sharing it.

Name: Anonymous 2010-04-02 19:35

If a /prog/rider gave a shit about this site, we would just buy plane tickets to go PUNCH its owner in the face because we're just that manly.

Plainly spamming other sites because they spam you isn't the solution, and you should know that. If you want to make something useful, write a filter which users can use clientside to detect their spam, or even better, get 4chan administration to implement such a filter. I think a combination of unicode->ascii filter to reduce all posts to one "initial" state, then a sort of fuzzy hashing or bayesian filtering of that result should be enough to itentify their current line of spam.

They filter his spam and he makes a new kind of spam all the time.
But he is one and we are many, if we spam his site to death (spam more than he can delete we might do it to the point that he will have to give up and close the site. If he don't have a site to advertise he won't have anything to spam.

The spammer strikes me as the obsessive kind which would do it regardless of the situation. I don't think he's even doing it to increase his userbase, he's probably just doing it to piss people off.

Name: Anonymous 2010-04-02 20:09

He constantly ban his users, that's why he needs new users all the time. Also, he posted in a forum years ago about using spam to advertise his sites.

Or I can Greasemonkey and not have to see it more than 95% of the time.  It's not like Sysop is clever enough to figure out how to do anything but simple regex tricks.

And getting involved in a spamming war is ridiculous.  Kimmo already holds it over our heads that we spam AnT when we don't; it's better than we don't give him the satisfaction.

Name: Anonymous 2010-04-02 20:38

I think you overestimate the proportion of /prog/ regulars that also reads the imageboards. Almost nobody here would actually give a shit even if it were a real problem.

Name: Anonymous 2010-04-02 20:43

>>15
Yeah, you filter it, he changes it, you filter again and you will have to keep doing that forever.

He will keep telling lies and spamming, he does it way before AnT. The only solution is fuck his sites until he give up of Spamming or running websites.

>>16
If you don't like just ignore the thread

Name: Anonymous 2010-04-02 21:03

Oh yes, spamming AnT is THE perfect solution to get him to stop spamming 4chan. Come on lads, if we do this he will realize the error of his ways and will graciously apologize and cease action.

Name: Anonymous 2010-04-02 21:19

No, the idea is to fight fire with fire. Spam him until he give up. He wants moot to put a link to his site on 4chan to stop the spam so let's force him to stop spamming with our spam.

I thought i had a meaning of life figured out. Life is like a a program to develop more advanced version of creature which would outcompetes all other creatures. Creatures which die don't lose the game, but contribute to pressure on the most advanced to advance more and more towards perfection, improving their offspring and evolving better adaptions to life.
