Mat Dickie has actually stopped doing games if I recall correctly. One thing I really hated about him was that he was SO full of himself.
Oh hell yeah, I never had any interaction with him because just reading some of the stuff he wrote on his website it made it obvious that for a guy making a few wrestling games with characters that look like plasticine men he thought way too much of himself. Was also a pretty hardcore Michael Jackson fan too if I recall, one of his games had like a mod where you were Michael Jackson as a wrestler fighting against whoever was prosecuting him in the child molestation cases or something. It was beyond weird.

It just gets weirder and weirder.  I'm pretty sure that one of these days, we're just going to stumble on a page that somehow implicates Mat Dickie in a child rape/murder case or something.

Sounded like vanity publishing to me and sure enough, it is, CreateSpace is the publisher. Maybe some MDickie acoyltes will buy it and make Matt a bit more cash but I think I'll stick with the mainstream on this one.
I keep hoping that Mat Dickie is actually a huge ironic joke and that somewhere deep down he's just mocking all the things he purports to promote. Sadly though I think this is not the case and he really does have no limit to his ego.

He uses the same fucking engine for everything he does.
An engine he basically made for a wrestling game, too. Still, though. Jeff Vogel does much the same thing. It's almost forgivable in the end, though because his game career is over, and he writes "inspirational" novels now. The spirituality of sports or some such thing, and a feel-good autobiography.
Besides, I gave Jesus two black eyes, a mess of abrasions, and after saying he'd kill me if I touched him again, (I touched him again) he still quotes the bible at me with handy annotations at the top of my screen so I can look up the very quotes myself!
