I would like to learn one or the other, which one has better plugins for/integration with Ruby on Rails?

thx /prog/

Neither, but VIM doesn't inherit LISP AIDS like emacs does.

MOUSE > *

Name: Anonymous 2008-11-29 20:11

Seriously, though, practically all mouse bashers are sandcore unix powerlusers who switched to it, like, yesterday and feel like they're experiencing the pinnacle of user interaction because all they've seen before is a crappy set of noninteroperable GUI programs on a glorified '80s homecomputer OS.

A quick glance at the principal unix guys shows that these days they're using mouse-based editors, sam or acme. Bill Joy ditched vi for mouse-based editors in the '80s and even RMS Michael Stallman wants to integrate things like OMG TABS into emacs.

Back up for a second. What's important here is that OMG >>16 HAS MORE THAN ONE COCK!!!
