Better Ruby on Rails support: Vim or Emacs?

I would like to learn one or the other, which one has better plugins for/integration with Ruby on Rails?

A quick glance at the principal unix guys shows that these days they're using mouse-based editors, sam or acme. Bill Joy ditched vi for mouse-based editors in the '80s and even RMS Michael Stallman wants to integrate things like OMG TABS into emacs.
