I used to like Prolog a lot, and wanted to program only in Prolog. Then I learned Haskell, and suddenly Prolog wasn't that interesting anymore.

I miss my little Ruby. I still weep when I remember the day she got hit by a train. But looking back, it was inevitable, 'cause Ruby on rails was slow as fuck.

In lojban we specify the word we use for quoting text.
zoi .gy. Hello, World! .gy -- “Hello, World!”
Here we have chosen gy (pronounced "guh" and is used because it is similar to glico -- English) to be our quotation marks. If our sentence contained gy we would just use another word.
mi pu cusku zoi .zy. Guh, English sucks! .zy -- I said “Guh, English sucks!”
mi pu zi cusku zoi .ty. mi pu cusku zoi .zy. Guh, English sucks! .zy .ty -- I just said “I said “Guh, English sucks!””
The question of how quote a quote-word does not apply to Lojban because any word can be a quote word. (Nice example is zoi .url. http://dis.4chan.org/prog/ .url..)
