C. Turbo C. I liked the IDE colors at the time, but the textbook I was using got really boring after the bit about linked lists, so I didn't learn much more about it until much later.
i learnt TCL as my first language, and now i think i'm the only person that still uses it :-(

I fucking hate TCL. After trying to cope with it for a long time (fucking eggdrops), I just gave up and wrote a tcl script that just execs a script when it's called, passing the parameters as well, and prints the output.
Problem solved, now I can just use zsh scripting, perl, FIOC or even LOLPHP for bot scripts.

GW-BASIC
The only, or last, variant with FORCED NUMBERING OF LINES.
AFAIK the last version was included with DOS 5.0, because 6.0 started to ship QBASIC, that added a colorfulcrappy UI, made line numbers optional, and added "SUB" and "FUNCTION". I still don't understand how they work, and error messages were so misleading that I considered going back to GOTO

Flash Actionscript 0.7 Beta. Back when I was like 16.
The first real language I learned was THE FORCED INDENTATION OF CODE, in college. Hey, it beats doing CS 101 in Java, like most schools, right?
