Okay /prog/, give me your favourite windows text editor. Preferably something free/open source with syntax highlighting support for Python and css, and suited for multiple-window project work.
If you're going to edit Python, just use IDLE, it's good enough. I just do all my python stuff in emacs, though, but that doesn't seem to be what you want.

i'm one of the bsd geeks on this board but i've used windows regularly when i started out working in IT and was doing some programming, i used editplus because my winddows freak of a brother recommended it and i was happy with that
it has what many other editors have, it can save remotely on ftp, sftp and shit like that but it had it pretty early, it's not free but easily cracked and i just felt it was very stable and didn't give me any trouble
