The problem with that one is that it's clearly designed for Norwegians. How often do English-speaking people use Å or Ø?
I personally use ç or µ far more often, though I guess neither of those is on regular Dvorak either.

This sentence boggles the mind.
Whether something is faster than something else isn't a matter of opinion. There have been plenty of studies which show Dvorak is faster than Qwerty.
It's not particularly hard to check. When someone has used Qwerty for years, and then switches to Dvorak, and after he's gotten used to it he's faster with Dvorak than he was with Qwerty, I think that speaks for itself.
