qwerty keyboards

I am thinking to change from qwerty to dvorak, mainly because of some RSI problems i have currently.
Should i do it /prog/?
Is it worth it?

Yes definitely. I did that and now my wrists feel so much better. You may want to try the Programmer's Dvorak http://www.kaufmann.no/roland/dvorak/
