Legality of software development

Name: Anonymous 2007-11-12 12:53

So I am a college student, and at my job I made a php website that would be beneficial to where I work. Recently, they have asked me for it. The thing is, programming is definitely NOT part of my job description, and my friend suggested that I should not just give it to them, possibly sell it to them.
I'm not really up with the legality of all this, was wondering if anyone knew.

Open Source programs runs along just fine without business managers, and what have they produced? Oh I don't know, a Operating System, browsers, various toolkits, drivers, office packages etc etc etc

>Programmers without a deadline WILL refactor code to perfection.
HAHAHA

They just leeches off humanity, like the old stone-age shamans, who are not productive but fed at the expense of the tribe because of their self-convinced "importance". This includes: lawyers, accountants, managers, directors, shareholders etc etc etc

You must be fairly ENTERPRISE.
