IMO a good programmer should (besides reading SICP):
- Be a lazy ass. He'll think harder to do things the proper, shorter, more general, more maintainable way to work less, and will never overengineer or overdo it.
- Have a terrible memory. He'll care to comment his functions and will not like functions that are too long.
- Have a huge e-penis. He'll be self-confident and learn to do everything the right way out of his ego.

- Be a lazy ass. He won't do shit and write quick and dirty hacks or copy-pasta.
- Have a terrible memory. He won't be able to write a few lines without searching manuals/references/online sources. Also, as he is lazy he obviously won't write comments.
- Have a huge e-penis. He won't learn anything, because he's always right and knows everything the best.
