/prog/ - Taking a study course on Macromedia Flash

My company is offering to sponsor me to take a course in macromedia flash. I've been looking around, right now its such a bad time to sign up for a course at the local colleges/uni because they are either just ending or the next avaible would only be end of the year.

I was thinking about the those corporate training courses (the 2-5 days types) but they seem quite costly.

has anyone taken a flash course before? Anyone have any advice to give?

Come on, there are some pretty neat things you can do in flash that you cannot do in JS easily. You can create one of those scary computer pranks
