My politics are horrifying but I'd probably be a good guy and transition different regions back to democracy anyway.
Though I would employ some of my own ideas when doing so, getting rid of some of the bullshit. Israel would become a constitutionally secular state, Palestinians would be granted citizenship and property rights to end all the settlement nonsense, they can choose to ignore their citizenship and move to the gaza strip if they wish. I would form a Yugoslav union with the objective of turning the region into a developed economy and a political culture that considers the prime goal of nationalism to be the welfare of the people and since economic cooperation ensures this, all who resist are not nationalists. I would use a similar system for other balkanised regions. Zimbabwe, Sudan, North Korea, Uzbekistan and other dictatorships would be opened up to trade and foreign investment, the UN and Arab league would head peace talks in Syria. I'd use Hong Kong as a poster city for the future of China and Vietnam, local governments unified by the people's republic.
I would tax the world 0.1% for one year and use the money to head an international research organization based in New York. As the world transitions to democracy I would gradually give up rule and focus more on my research and development. I would have various divisions, high energy particle physics, space exploration, computing, pharmaceuticals, I would basically fill the role for research that requires international cooperation to be done effectively. Some breakthroughs I would release to the public, others I would patent and sell to corporations. One of my main goals would be to achieve biological immortality, so the front of this organization will be medical research, this will make people less mad and make people see me as a do gooder, which I am in a way, though mostly I seek biological immortality.
1. People with baby-strollers would not be allowed on transit vehicles in the downtown core, or anywhere on the system during rush hour.
2. Anyone desirous of a reproduction permit will have to demonstrate an ability to support the child in a decent lifestyle, including presence of the father, and an automobile.
3. Drivers must have a minimum I.Q. of 120.
4. Welfare recipients will be temporarily sterilized through a chemical process which will wear off when they return to work.
5. Anyone who tailgates the president-for-life will be executed.
6. Anyone who does not let the president-for-life through onto a lane after he has signaled for a reasonable period of time will be executed.
7. Anyone who honks at the president-for-life will be executed.
8. Retail sales people will not be allowed to ask for personal information during a cash sale or other sale where the customer has indicated they do not wish to be asked questions.
9. Police officers who harm innocent civilians will be executed.
10. Local taxes will be levied on an opt-in, voluntary basis. No local government will have the right to evict a property owner for non-payment of taxes.
11. Taxes for senior levels of government will be rationalized through the abrogation and discounting of public employee pension agreements deemed as unsustainable. The real wage gap is between the public employees and their private sector counterparts who pay their wages, while making much less.
12. If investors want to keep paying their CEOs ridiculous salaries, I would not stand in their way. But I would question why. Public companies, like charities, would only be allowed to have 18% of funds raised to go on administration. 82% would have to be invested in the stated business plan or returned.

The so-called “Palestinian people” are the modern descendants of Arabian colonists placed in Eretz Yisrael by Europeans and Arab overlords in order to deny the Jewish people their homeland. In fact, the only real reason the United Nations initially granted Israel the right to exist was because they thought the Jews would be slaughtered by the Arabs, and that would solve the Jewish question. When, against all odds, the Jews managed to beat back the marauding Arab hordes, the United Nations became enraged that the Jews survived and so continue to this day to strive for the annihilation of the Jewish people, primarily through their Arab proxy soldiers erroneously called “Palestinians.”
It's funny how the UN and all the politicians are all wringing their hands and saying how terrible the situation in Syria is, yet they never even made a peep or did anything about the genocide perpetrated by the Arab Muslims against the indigenous non-Muslim Africans of Sudan.
"Palestinians" are simply Arabs who took over Jewish land. When the Jews returned to their land after being ethnically cleansed, more Arabs flocked to the land and then the Arabs waged war against the Jewish people, eventually causing another ethnic cleansing of Judea and Samaria and the Old City, which previously had significant Jewish populations. Now these Arabs are claiming to be the "real" Native Americans, too. The Arabs illegally took the land from the Jews first. But of course, in your view, history didn't start until the Jews took their land back and went back to their homes in Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem.
Israel should withdraw from Judea and Samaria only when Arabs withdraw from all the lands they've occupied and withdraw Arab settlers back to the Arabian peninsula.
There is no Palestinian nation except the Jewish nation. Falsely-called “Palestinians” are Arab settler-colonist land-thieves who wish to steal the tiny sliver of land belonging to the only true Palestinians, the Jews. Anyone who accepts the fraudulent “Palestinian” narrative of the Arab imperialist has bought into lies, myths, and propaganda. The Jews are the indigenous people of Palestine; Arabs are indigenous to Arabia and colonial interlopers in Palestine. Historic justice and lasting peace will be achieved by letting the Palestinians, meaning the Jews, be free of colonial, imperial Arab encroachment on their own soil. The Arab settlements in Palestine are illegal and will have to be dismantled for the sake of peace.
The Arabs have occupied the whole of the Middle East, North Africa, Spain, and almost France. The reaction? Ooooh you know, they were advanced at the time; they were at the forefront of mathematics, medicine; they translated Plato, Aristotle, etc. Therefore, by implication, their conquest was justified and beneficial. Well, those who introduced the railways, the telegraph, and modern administration to the region several centuries later do not enjoy such credit, nor are they considered as benefactors. They were colonialists that no modernity or innovation can excuse.
Whose land are you occupying, Christian? If you come from the Americas, Australia, or New Zealand, you and your ancestors are guilty of crimes against humanity by stealing land via genocide. And if you come from Europe, you and yours are guilty of two thousand years of genocide against Jews. YOU have no room to talk, European Christian.
The Palestinians are an artificially created entity, manufactured by the Arabs, to destroy Israel. They never have been and never will be a nation. They can have all the U.N. groups like UNESCO try to create the illusion that they're a real nation. But in the end, all those moves are meaningless. They will never, ever, destroy or reduce Israel, even if Israel has weak leaders.
Palestinians are not a historical people. Everyone, even the Palestinians themselves, knows that the Palestinians are a fictitious people invented in order to steal Jewish land and history for the Arab race (which already rules 22 countries and many other Muslim countries through proxy) in order to complete the Holocaust that they failed to achieve. The Palestinian nation was invented in the 1960s by Yassir Arafat and Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceauşescu in an attempt to erase our history and steal our land. These facts cannot be ignored any longer. ‘Palestine’ was initially a foreign colonialist concept invented by the Romans who massacred, exiled and enslaved the Jewish people.
And if the Exodus didn't quite occur the way the Tanach says, that means the supposed bloody conquest of the Canaanites didn't occur either. And that means Eretz Israel becoming the Jewish homeland was a natural evolving process. This gives the Jewish People even MORE of a legitimate claim on the land, since it wasn't seized from anyone. The EU, the UN and Obama do not understand that the issue of Palestine is purely religious, nothing to do with occupation. Teachers that prove themselves to be useless will be fired.
Martial arts will be commonly taught to children from middle school to college.
All programs ranging from Arts to Math will be funded equally.
Science will be funded extraordinarily well and as much research as possible will be placed into various technological advances.
Scientists will be among the most valuable assets to the world and taken care of extensively. They will be given a month a year of paid vacation to any destination they choose. If they wish not to take it, they may. They will be paid if they do not take their vacation.
Only a certain amount of any humans wealth (including the Rulers) will be allowed. After this cap is reached any remaining wealth will be redistributed into the educational system and scientific research.
Wealth of a company may exceed the noted cap up to a set limit.
Companies that prove ethical of themselves will be regarded as the most profitable of companies and rewards such as free marketing and online advertising will be given out. The idea is incentive for fair treatment and reasonable pay for employees.
Monopolies will NOT exist.
That's all I can think of for now. Eventually I, as the Ruler, will dwindle out of office once society proves itself to be self-sustaining.
