NO.
Listen:  The plan is to have a gov't shutdown. The repubs will keep the gov't shut down until Obama meets ALL their demands.
How does this benefit the Repub's you might find yourself asking...

Ok, I'll tell ya..
Obama has the power to make a gov't shutdown ANYTHING he wants it to be ie he can just close only the state parks, if that's all he wants OR he can cut off benefits ie Medicare, social security payments etc..
If chooses to cut off payments, he is the bad guy because everyone knows the shutdown doesn't have to be that way, he's MAKING it that way
Scenario 2   Obama decides to close State Parks and other programs that are not essential to the countries survival.
Either way, the Repubs win because if he chooses scenario 2, gov't gets shrunk and it will keep getting shrunk until he capitulates to the Repubs demands and they get the budget they want
If he goes with the first scenario, he is bad guy in everyones eyes with no chance of re-election and absolutely no credibility left.
So what I'm telling you is that AMERICA is going to have a much smaller gov't no matter what happens.

Yes, it gives tax cuts to millionaires while calling for extreme cuts in SS, Medicare, and Medicaid.  It also makes all it's calculations for revenue based off of the most optimistic predictions so you can expect it to not work at all in reality.

The Dems didn't even make a budget, that's why we're in this mess, but in the past when they have they also base it off the most optimistic predictions so that's really a non- issue.

Tax cuts for millionaires? You mean like Obama's friends over at GE not paying any income tax on 3.2 billion? Or sweetheart oil deals for good friend George Soros?

Any budget that cuts education any more is shit.
I will never be able to afford college.

Unless it's medical or engineering, college stopped being "worth it" as much a year or two ago.

But Obama is a magic negro who will save us all with hopeychange. Black people in suits are always the epitome of moral righteousness, if you would just get to know them, for the first time in history the president looks brown and that's important because black kids need black role models because they're racist, I don't know where Obama is getting all the money to pay for all this stuff but he's Obama OBAMA!! obama will pay for my gas and mortgage. Also diversity tolerance multiculturalism.

You see?
