Is the republican's budget too extreme?

Is the republican's budget,which has trillions cut over the next decade too extreme?

Yes, it gives tax cuts to millionaires while calling for extreme cuts in SS, Medicare, and Medicaid.  It also makes all it's calculations for revenue based off of the most optimistic predictions so you can expect it to not work at all in reality.
