They've been running a budget deficit for many years and CA is on the verge of a total collapse of Government. Arnold issues a threat to Obama saying "Bailout CA or I will end cash welfare and people will riot in the streets"

It's hard to belive for me, but many people think we recovered evonomy from 2008 naturally. If you think that good things come naturally and bad things come by government, you also think we don't need government.
