So, after years of deficit spending and paying HUGE welfare bonuses, in addition to paying for health care, education and social services for illegals, California is beyond broke. They've been running a budget deficit for many years and CA is on the verge of a total collapse of Government. Arnold issues a threat to Obama saying "Bailout CA or I will end cash welfare and people will riot in the streets"

They don't search every car crossing from Arizona, yet. I could easily get together some full klan regalia, some good ol' ex-marine southern boys, rope, shackles and army surplus m14s. Those nigstas will be dead before they're able to fire their glocks sideways from the hip, their families will be returned to the fields in chains, a new welfare policy, if they want their food stamps and project housing they have to dutifully put in some time in the fields, naturally their food and housing will be provided near their place of work and the land owned by an upstanding white man, Schwarznigger himself will be swinging in the breeze from the facade of the state capitol building.
