3/4's of the images on Paheal are of copyrighted characters having sex. A rights holder could show up at any moment and demand removal of half of the images on there.

I think pedophilia is in the same realm as homosexuality, and is an abberant genetic condition that the people honestly can't help.

With homosexuality, you can turn a blind eye to it because it's two consenting adults, pedophilia involves children who are unable to give consent, and therin lay the problem.

The question becomes, does loli and fake "art" excite the urge and drive them to commit the unforgivable, or doe sit release pent up desires, allowing the individual the exert more control?

I think banning this stuff will do more harm than good in the end.
The best way to deal with these "undesirables" is to remove them from the genetic pool, you can either be barbaric about it (round them up and imprison/kill them), or be civilized about it (provide loli sex machines so they never get a chance to reproduce, and have an outlet for their behaviour that doesn't harm anyone).

It's a tough subject, and all solutions that do anything to help are unpopular with the public at large.
