recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

Well, I think that the person who chopped off the person's legs should be executed automatically. But the person with the chopped off limbs should be killed unless he has the ability to use his mind in order to help society or be of use. But if I had no way to be useful to society and my limbs were chopped off I would choose death anyway. For the benefit of society and for my own benefit of not being a freak. I am not selfish and realize that I do not deserve to leech off of society and would not wish to do so.
