recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

I'd like to see you get chopped up and live and then when you try to convict the criminal who did that to you, the courts decide to execute you instead. I doubt you would still hold that opinion.
