Kucinich on Faux?

Name: Anonymous 2008-12-14 8:13

I have a question. I'm not very experienced in American politics, but I'm very confused about the fact that Faux gives Dennis Kucinich so much airtime. From what I'm able to understand Kucinich is the one Congressman who is farthest to the left, whilst Faux is a conservatively biased new network. So can anyone explain to me why they often choose to interview him on key issues? Is there something about his politics I've missed?

Because Fox tends to show many different points of view.  This often includes people who are conservatives.  This is why they are perceived as conservative.  In contrast, channels like MSNBC with Keith Olbermann are basically just the media arm of the democrat party, and are not out there to actually criticize their politicians but instead to just publicly engage in democrat bootlicking.

Kucinich is one of the few lefties with enough spine to go on Fox News.
Also, he's a barking moonbat and having him express his views makes the conservative point that liberals are retarded.

Have to agree there, except it's not just MSNBC that's pro-femocrat, it's nearly everything

He's anything but retarded.. He and Ron Paul are some of the few sensible, honest politicians on Capitol Hill

Fox News is biased only slightly less to the left than MSNBCBS and the Jew York Times.

Fox News is generally biased for Republicans/Conservative segment(their primary viewerbase), however Kucinich is not a mainstream politician and his views could diverge widely from Democrats. They probably hope to portray democrats similar to Kucinich (his views are most compatible with communism).

anyone who uses the misnomer "faux" news is an enormous trooferfag, there are about 40 major news channels in the US, fox news is just one with a conservative slant, there are many with a neutral objective and liberal slant aswell. News has been politicised since the printing press first came out. Stop crying for 1 minute FFS.
