Kucinich on Faux?

I have a question. I'm not very experienced in American politics, but I'm very confused about the fact that Faux gives Dennis Kucinich so much airtime. From what I'm able to understand Kucinich is the one Congressman who is farthest to the left, whilst Faux is a conservatively biased new network. So can anyone explain to me why they often choose to interview him on key issues? Is there something about his politics I've missed?

Kucinich is one of the few lefties with enough spine to go on Fox News.
Also, he's a barking moonbat and having him express his views makes the conservative point that liberals are retarded.
