Criminals don't obey the law in the first place, so it doesn't matter to them personally what the Second Amendment says.

However, it matters very much what we potential victims experiences, since we can keep and bear arms to resist what the criminals do.

BTW, you DO have the right to carry around a sword.  That's an "arm" by any definition, legal or common.  BUT THE POLITICAL FAGS AND OTHER LIBERALS IN THE CITIES WILL SIC THE COPS ON YOU FOR DOING IT ... yes, in CLEAR violation of the U.S Constitution.  You cityfags have been living under urban oppression for so long that you now expect that to be the real basis of law and rights in the USA.  But it's not.  The right to keep and bear arms is affirmed for all citizens.  That's exactly what the Second Amendment says.  Any adult can indulge in that right regardless where he is in the USA or the territories.

Remember what Obama said before the D.C. vs Heller case? He thought the D.C. gun ban was consistent with his support for the 2nd amendment.  That should tell you how broad he views the 2nd amendment as being, and it should tell you what kind of judges he will appoint to the supreme court.  (Anti-gun libfags who believe in an evolving constitution as opposed to a fixed legal document constitution).

2nd Amendment is a right I could live without, just as long as it makes sure others are not allowed to carry a weapon. I think it keeps me safer because of it. Also what does freedom of speech and bawwwing about not being able to carry a weapon relevant whatsoever?

Sorry for my bad Englishi its not my main language ok i will give you example i live in Europe, right to carry a gun woes banned about 15 yeas ago ,now only police officers and ppl with special certificates have right to carry gun - you have to pass hard psychological test and have Meany luck to get gun! , 95% of guns shop were closed,+citizens were have to give up their guns or face jail ,before ban shootings ,bomb cars woes daily routine ,after ban and 8 years past we got only about 20 shootings per year!
