Sorry for my bad Englishi its not my main language ok i will give you example i live in Europe, right to carry a gun woes banned about 15 yeas ago ,now only police officers and ppl with special certificates have right to carry gun - you have to pass hard psychological test and have Meany luck to get gun! , 95% of guns shop were closed,+citizens were have to give up their guns or face jail ,before ban shootings ,bomb cars woes daily routine ,after ban and 8 years past we got only about 20 shootings per year!
they drops more than five 1000%, if you are Caught with gun now days you are jailed instantly , so nobody is so stupid to were it. we have tv show like oprah winfrey in usa ,one day ther woes interview with some thieves - thay said that they are afreyd of wearing gun , so you see now what will give you Bann
