He did not conquer by force.  He was voted into office because the Nazis promised government-provided benefits, and the people fell for it.

...and unlike anarchist communism etc. national socialism has no "philosophy" behind it, therefore if you proclaim national socialism as socialist just because they put that in their name, ignoring the definitions, then pretty much every capitalist regime can also fit into the bill.
