I have one reason, school bullying is a tool of conformity into the high school society. I would much prefer that parents would file criminal charges against school bullies and harassers. And if the bullying is widespread, I would advise that he drop out and get a GED.

Educational Freedom/School Choice, Social Security reform, strict adherence to the constitution (and especially the 1st and 2nd Amendments), balance the budget and implement massive spending cuts, no more bail outs for wall street bankers, more strict constructionist judges, abolish unconstitutional Federal-level gun control laws, abolish the department of education, etc. There's a handful of ideas.

Some rules make sense and others don't. I think when it comes to kids, the more rules you put around how their education is carried out, the stricter the institution etc, the more they're going to go crazy when not under supervision. Trying to create a healthier, more relaxed environment for the kids to learn is probably better than this kind of legislation, but you'd have to be willing to give schools some extra government money.
As for feminists, they have reason to be fucking outraged about gender inequality in terms of pay and stuff.

I worked in a factory that was a union shop. You couldn't work there unless you were part of the commie union (Teamsters). The women there couldn't physically do the same amount of work as the men, but they had to be paid the same wage. Sound fair?
I must disagree with that, despite the rise of feminism in the US since the 1970s, there has been a rise of masculazation (sp?) to compensate for it.

Bullying is a mechanism of conformity, and since it involves a variety of actions that would be considered criminal offenses outside public school (harassment, assault, etc), it should be called what it is.
