Anonymous atk (USA)'s public school system?

The current system is, to say the least, problematic.
Should there be a national movement to improve this?
What could be done by the masses to cause change?

Reminds me of the situation in California where they banned homeschooling.  OH BUT NEVERMIND THAT, LOL! LIBERALS SUPPORT PERSONAL LIBERTIES! LOLOLOL

Nevermind that there are few liberties more basic than the ability to raise your own children - liberals are the true advocates of liberty, not those pesky conservatives or libertarians.
