If there wouldn't be a moron with all the power, then why wouldn't communism actually work? Or, at least socialism?

didn't you have siblings? or friends? or at least a parent?
communism doesn't even work in a family(if the aim is to make everyone happy that is), so how is it supposed to work with a whole community?
